This Privacy Policy describes how Tiny Tapes ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FXbuddy (the "Service").

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication tokens. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing information; we never see or store your card details.

When you generate an effect, we collect the prompt you provided and the footage you submit for processing. We use this to produce the requested output and to monitor service quality.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• To generate the effects you request.
• To contact you about account, billing, or support matters.

3. Your Footage

Your footage is sent securely to our generation servers for processing. Results are delivered back to your timeline. We do not sell your footage and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), and cloud infrastructure providers for generation. Each processor has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing tinytapeshelp@gmail.com. Processed footage is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the result and for short-term diagnostics.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at tinytapeshelp@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use localStorage to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
