    How are tiers calculated?
    Your tier follows the total revenue from the customers you have referred, counted across the whole life of your account. Silver starts at $500, Gold at $1,500, Platinum at $5,000 and Diamond at $15,000. A new rate applies to payments made after you reach it, not to earlier ones. Tiers never drop.
    How long do I earn on each customer?
    You earn commission on every payment a referred customer makes for 12 months from their first payment.
    When do I get paid?
    Paid monthly, 60 days after the month a commission is earned, once your balance is $50 or more. Payouts go by PayPal or Wise.
    Where do I see my earnings?
    In your affiliate dashboard: clicks, referrals, commissions, your tier and payouts.
    Do I need to submit a tax form?
    Yes. Submit a W-9 if you are a US taxpayer, or a W-8BEN if you are not, in your affiliate dashboard before your first payout.
    How long does the cookie last?
    60 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within that window, the referral is credited to you.
    Can I refer myself?
    No. Self-referrals are voided, and repeat attempts can get your affiliate account closed.
    What happens if a payment is charged back?
    If a payment you earned commission on is charged back, that commission is clawed back from your balance. Commission you have already been paid on other payments is not affected.
    What is not allowed?
    No paid search ads on FXbuddy brand terms, no posting your link on coupon or deal sites, no spam, and no misleading claims about what FXbuddy does. Breaking these rules can forfeit unpaid commission and close your account.
